Nope. It looks legit, but the code didn't work. I finally talked to some peon at Google and was told that it was probably from some 3rd party scammer. I'm not usually a very credulous person and consider myself fairly intelligent - it sure looks legit. My guess it is from Google, but it's just a hook to get you to sign up for adwords.
